We are partnered with a leader in commercial construction specializing in interior renovations that is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and support their continued growth. 

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and enforce safety protocols on the jobsite
• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
•Mentor PMs & APMs, providing guidance and support
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Required Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large and complex projects in the interiors vertical.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, MS Project)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
